1. Q: What am I paying for?
A: If no editing option is selected, studio usage, 3 separate camera angles and 1 audio. If editing option is selected, studio usage, camera angle(s) merging with audio, basic editing which includes adding limited pictures, supplied intro/outro and logo, social handles and names.
2. Q: What is the maximum number of people that can record in studio at a time, and can I have an audience for my session?
A: 4, please indicate on the booking, the main studio can accommodate audience up to 10, the other studios do not permit an audience.
3. Q: Is the short/trailer included as part of the hour recording amount?
A: No, these can be paid for separately if required.

A: Use our Calendly link which we send you on request
5. Q: When am I supposed to make payment and how much should I pay?
A: Full payment for the hour(s) booked should be made immediately after booking.
6. Q: How do I make payment?
A: Via EFT, banking details will be on the confirmation email you will receive after making a booking.
7. Q: What happens if I do not make a payment after booking?
A: Your booking will be cancelled immediately to avoid reserving an unpaid slot.
8. Q: Do you manage my YouTube channel?
A: No, we do not, however we are able to upload videos directly to your channel with permission (ask how), videos will be uploaded as unlisted, and you would be responsible for titling, description and thumbnail.
9. Q: When can I cancel or postpone the booking without a penalty?
A: Before 24 hours to the booked time.
10. Q: What happens if I cancel or postpone within 24 hours to my booking time?
A: We will forfeit R400 from the amount paid for the respective hour(s) booked. The remainder will carry over to a future booking(s).
11. Q: What happens if I or my guest(s) do not show up for a booking?
A: R400 for each studio session booked will be forfeited and the remainder amount credited to your next booking.
12. Q: How do I cancel or postpone my booking?
A: Communicate with the studio via WhatsApp or email, declining an invite is not a cancellation.
13. Q: Do I get a refund if I cancel a booking?
A: No, we do not refund, the amount paid is credited to you for your next booking.
14. Q: How early am I supposed to be in studio for my recording?
A: At least 15-30min before, if you or your guest arrive late, camera adjustment time will be deducted from your booked time, timer will start exactly at the booked time.
15. Q: Do you have a waiting room and makeup room?
A: Yes, please advise in advance should make up room be required.
16. Q: Do I receive any refreshments at the studio, or can I bring my own?
A: The studio provides dispensed water at no cost; however, we do sell selective drinks and sweets, you are welcome to bring your own should you need to.
17. Q: Am I allowed to bring props for the shoot?
A: Yes, you can bring props if you are shooting at our flexible studio
18. Q: Can I choose/communicate preferred setup?
A: Besides selecting which studio, you want to shoot at, you can select between a range of backgrounds, chairs and props and communicate with the studio via email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours to the shoot.
19. Q: How many Episodes or videos can I shoot within an hour?
A: If no editing is selected, you can shoot as many videos as the hour permits. If editing is selected, you still shoot as many videos as the hour permits, however editing fee covers only 1 video, additional videos will need to be paid for separately.
20. Q: What happens if I don’t use the full hour of my booking, can I use it in the future?
A: The remainder time gets forfeited regardless of its duration.
21. Q: How soon should I send information for editing purposes?
A: Prior or immediately after recording, should you take more than 5 working days, your video will be edited without information and shared with you, any further changes will be charged separately.
22. Q: How do I receive my files after recording?
A: We either upload for you on YouTube with permission or send you a cloud link to download the files if we are editing for you, otherwise you can bring along a storage device if we are not editing for you or obtain files via a link as well.
23. Q: How long do I have to review and download the files?
A: You have 48 working hours to review the files from the time you receive after which you will be charged for any changes required on the videos. Videos are retained for 48 hours on our storage cards and 2 weeks at most on cloud storage.
24. Q: How long does it take to receive my video(s)?
A: 4 working days from the time we have all the information required to edit, editing does not start until we have all the information.
25. Q: What happens if I exceed my time and still want to continue recording?
A: You can check with the production assistant on duty if you are able to pay for more time. Should you decide not to stop recording, the recording with be stopped to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. THE TIMER WILL NOT BE STOPPED IF YOUR ALLOCATED TIME LAPSES.

A: You will receive 3 individual camera files and 1 audio file separately per video recorded
